Features List

We hope you have enjoyed the Summer issue of Hunting and Shooting News and look forward to meeting many of you at the CLA Game Fair where we will be exhibiting on Gunmakers Row again as usual. Feel free to come along and take a look at the new pictures from Bulgaria, Turkey and Serbia and please remember to enter the Prize Draw in favour of the Gurkha Welfare Trust too!

In the next edition we will bring you a report on hunting Bear Moose and Reindeer deep within the Arctic as we visit the Sami in Northern Sweden. There will be a product report on a fantastic scope from Zeiss, the Diarange M 2,5-10x50T* which features an built-in range-finder, ideal for some long-range Springbok it’s coming out to Namibia’s Damaraland with us on trial. The next calibre comparison is between .404 Jeffery and .416 Rigby which will feature Rifles from CZ’s Safari Classic Range and Heym so look out for that too.

We look forward to sharing some client trophy images from 2012 as they head out to Argentina, Canada, Africa, Scandinavia and beyond in search of adventure and as if that wasn’t enough, how about details on ‘Hunting the Rez’ from a variety of tribes including the Sioux? That’s right, Native American Indians offer some of the best Hunting and Fishing in North America which is conducted over 52 million acres of unfenced Tribal Lands and we’ll be bringing you details of that as well telling you the tale of how one of our clients braved the Arctic (and occasional Polar Bear) during an charity walk to the North Pole!

The next edition will be out in November and since the cost of production and distribution have gone up dramatically once again, please may we ask that you forward on your copy once you have read it? Thank you.
